(coming soon)View Show Record Pedigree & Certificates As a puppy, Kisho certainly made her mark in the show ring! At barely over six months old, she was awarded Best Puppy in Show, and had numerous other significant wins during her puppy year, including Best Puppy at the Akita Club of Canada specialty, and five Best Puppy in Groups. She earned her Canadian Championship at 8 month old, and at 10 months was awarded an adult Working Group 2nd placement (over the #1 Working Dog in Canada). The judges said, "This puppy has type, soundess, and, she can move!" and "She is a pretty, exciting puppy." As an adult, she has only gotten better. Kisho took a maternity leave in October, 2006, while she raised her four beautiful babies, sired by our Panda, and she is now being shown in the U.S. with the goal of obtaining her American Championship, towards which she earned more than half of the required points (2-four point majors) in one weekend, handled by her breeder and co-owner, Jolene Benzinger.
